- Valley View Residential Care , a 119-unit residential care facility for residents who can still live independently but need a little extra assistance with their daily living tasks; and a special care unit with universal workers.
- Valley View Memory Care, an assisted living unit for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory-related conditions, staffed using a universal worker concept.
